A panoramic view of Dielegem Abbey. The engraving fits in with the trend, started by Guiccardinni, to chart Flanders down to the smallest level. This map shows strong craftsmanship and was used in various publications, and later also in a reissue of Antoon Sanderus' Groot kerkelyk theater des duchys van Brabant'.
 
In good condition, oxidation stain to the left of the church tower. Well framed, 67 x 55 cm
